8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
