WCAG 2.2 AA · Prepared 7 July 2026 · Last reviewed 7 July 2026
Ophir Digital is a private business and is not legally bound by the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. We publish this statement voluntarily, to the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard we build for our public-sector clients.
Using this website
This website is run by Ophir Digital. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings;
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen;
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard;
- navigate most of the website using speech-recognition software;
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).
We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
We believe this website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard, including our public-sector section.
Feedback and contact information

Reporting accessibility problems with this website
We're always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems not listed on this page, or think we're not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us at hello@ophirdigital.com so we can put it right.
Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the accessibility regulations for public-sector bodies. As a private business we are outside that enforcement scope, but we take accessibility complaints seriously and respond to them promptly. For general disability-discrimination advice, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can help.

Compliance status
This website is fully compliant with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. We know of no non-accessible content at the time of this statement.
How we tested this website
This website was last tested on 7 July 2026 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. Testing was carried out by Ophir Digital, using automated testing (axe-core) across the homepage, the public-sector hub and all public-sector segment pages, and this statement page, together with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. All tested pages returned no WCAG 2.2 AA violations. Automated accessibility testing now runs as part of our continuous-integration pipeline on every change.
