We use Resend (Resend, Inc., based in the United States) to deliver email. Requests sent through the briefing form on controls.ophirdigital.com reach us through Resend, as do the service emails we send to clients. Resend processes the names, email addresses and message content needed to deliver those emails, on our instructions.

Registrations and enquiries sent through our AI training forms are processed for us by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., based in the United States), which receives the name, email address, organisation and message you enter and passes them to us.

Our websites are hosted by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., based in the United States), which processes the technical data needed to serve each page, such as your IP address. On ophirdigital.com we also use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It records the pages visited, the referring site and the type of browser and device, and it does not set cookies.

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
